Cyclorama Colors

Background color is a significant detail for optimizing storytelling and creating an impactful mood. Whether it’s a commercial, corporate interview or interactive video, an endless white space, a pale blue wash or a green screen is the traditional option for most creatives.

Here at Mama Dog Studios we’d like you to keep your options open. If you’re interested in enhancing the quality of your next production request a paint job on the cyclorama. With prior notice, you can arrange to get our cyclorama painted in specified dimensions for whatever best suits your production needs. If you need one wall painted chroma green for your green screen and another wall painted black for your documentary interview we can make that happen for you at an additional cost. We’ve put together a cyclorama color palette below with some helpful information on how each color is ideal for a variety of genres and aesthetic.

Note: All paint jobs should be requested at least one week prior to your studio booking date. Charges include the price of the paint/paint job and the cost of painting the cyc back to white.
